The contact form asks for your name, email address and phone number, how and when you would like us to reach you, and a short message. Please do not put medical details in that message. If you need to reach us urgently, call.

How we use what you send

We use it to reply to you and to arrange a first session. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for marketing.

Sharing

We share information with the services that deliver our email and host this website, only as needed to run them. We may also release information when the law requires it.

Your records

Clinical records are kept apart from this website, are private, and are shared only as the law allows. At your first session Dr. Holt goes through what stays private and the few limits.
